Can I return items?
We accept returns only for orders containing incorrect items or for books that were received damaged. A book with a slightly creased corner will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, as we consider it to be in a "saleable" condition.
To request a return, exchange, or refund, please send an email to banzai.editions@gmail.com with your order number for any questions or comments.
We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email, which you must print and attach to the outside of your return package.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when received, with all elements included in the original packaging, including the shipping slip. Returns, including gifts, must be accompanied by the receipt.
If the returned item is used, damaged, or has been damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging, we will refund 50% of the item's value to account for the loss in value.

Damaged Package / Item Damage
Description: When shipping your orders, we pay special attention to the packaging of your items. We use rigid rolls for prints and double-thick flat packaging, all patented and approved by the relevant carriers. Therefore, the quality of our packaging cannot be questioned.
What to do in case of damaged packaging?
Always refuse the package if the packaging shows visible signs of damage, whether it is delivered by your postal carrier, at a pickup point, or in a locker (be sure to keep the door open and check the condition of the package before collecting it). Once the package is accepted or collected, no claim can be made. This rule is based on the conditions imposed by the carriers, not our policy. It is important to understand that any responsibility for damage falls on the carriers/delivery personnel. If you choose to accept a damaged package, it is your responsibility. We cannot process a refund or compensation for mistakes made by third parties. We always guarantee work done with perfection, from packaging to shipping.

Comment les remboursements sont-ils traités ?
Les remboursements sont effectuĂ©s au montant exact sur la carte de crĂ©dit d'origine ou sur tout autre mode de paiement, sauf si l'article a Ă©tĂ© utilisĂ© ou endommagĂ© pendant le transport. Un crĂ©dit de magasin peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre Ă©mis sous la forme d'un chĂšque-cadeau.
Conditions de Livraison en Point Relais
Mon colis a été perdu (ou volé) pendant le transport . Puis-je obtenir un remboursement ?
Si vous pensez que votre colis a été perdu pendant le transport, veuillez nous contacter à l'adresse banzai.editions@gmail.com. Nous ferons tout notre possible pour retrouver votre colis. Si nous ne parvenons pas à retrouver votre colis, nous vous proposerons un remboursement ou un article de remplacement, à condition qu'il soit en stock. Si votre produit a été marqué "Livré" mais que vous ne l'avez pas reçu, veuillez attendre encore un jour ou deux, car les colis sont parfois marqués "Livré" prématurément. Si l'article n'a toujours pas été livré, contactez l'agence locale de votre transporteur pour vérifier son statut. Nous ne sommes pas en mesure de remplacer les colis portant la mention "Livré", mais nous sommes heureux de vous aider en vous fournissant toutes les informations de suivi dont votre transporteur a besoin.
