Domestic Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are processed within a maximum of 7 days (unless otherwise indicated). Shipments and deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your package to move from our warehouse to the shipping center.
International Shipping Policy
We ship our products internationally using reliable shipping services tailored to each destination. Below are the details of our policy:

All international orders are prepared and shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
2. Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal service. On average, standard shipping takes
15 to 30 business days
.Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods (end-of-year holidays, promotions, etc.).
3. Package Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable). You can track your package via our carrierâs website or at the following link:

.The tracking number may be updated once the package arrives in the destination country, depending on the local postal service (USPS, UPS, Bpost, etc.).
4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. These will be displayed at checkout.For certain destinations or large orders, additional fees (including customs fees) may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Customs and Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to customs or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included in the initial shipping costs.

Lost or Missing Packages
We provide tracking information when processing your order. If you experience delays or difficulties receiving your item, please contact us at banzai.editions@gmail.com.
Delivery Delays
Postal and delivery services may experience delays (due to current events, weather, holidays, or other reasons). Other possibilities include a package with missing or outdated tracking information, or a lost package.
In the case of a delay, a 12-day investigation period will be required for the appropriate services to conduct their search.
In the case of a lost package (after the investigation), the order will be resent under the same conditions as the original purchase.
If your address is incomplete or incorrect, the package cannot be delivered. A reshipment or refund (excluding shipping costs) can be issued at the customerâs request. However, this will only be possible after the package is returned to us.
Delivery tracking
The customer is responsible for tracking their package. Each stage of the preparation of your order is notified via email: processing, shipped. A tracking number (if you selected a tracked delivery option) will be provided in the "order shipped" email. Complaint Policy
All complaints must be submitted via email with the order number clearly indicated in the subject line. Please note that any inappropriate requests (insults, unfounded accusations, etc.) will not be processed, and in severe cases, the customer may be permanently excluded from our services.

Claim Deadline:
Complaints must be submitted within 90 days of the order being shipped. After this time, investigations with carriers are no longer feasible.
