Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns only in the following cases:
For any return or exchange request, please contact us at banzai.editions@gmail.com, specifying your order number and attaching photos of the item in question.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition, with all initially included elements. A prepaid return label will be provided to you via email.
⚠️ If the returned item is damaged or poorly packaged, a partial refund of 50% will be applied to compensate for the loss of value.
📅 Refund Processing Times: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged Package Upon Receipt
We use sturdy packaging approved by carriers. If your package is visibly damaged, please refuse it immediately when it is handed over by the delivery person, at a pick-up point, or in a locker.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You may also request store credit in the form of a gift card.

If you return an item without any defect, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Pick-Up Point Deliveries
You have 5/7 days to collect your order.
After this period, the package will be automatically returned to us.
If you wish to have it reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply.
📌 A package not collected on time cannot be fully refunded.
Loss or Theft During Transit
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it:

Wait 1 to 2 business days (carriers may mark a delivery prematurely).

We will do everything possible to locate your package. If we are unable to find it, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on stock availability.
Non-Refundable Items
🚫 No returns or refunds are possible for:
1. Sale or discounted items.2. Items labeled "No Returns."
3. Special or personalized orders.
